We've worked both together and apart — solving recruitment, HR, training, assessment, and consulting challenges. Over time, we've gathered invaluable expertise. WiseMove was created out of desire to do what we love most, together with the people who share the same values.

Valerija Buzėnienė
My responsibility covers general activity of the company, its course of action as well as service quality. I also proactively work on recruitment assignments.
My previous experience comes from managing recruitment and HR consulting businesses. I am a co-author of the books “Boso Valanda” and “Misija Talentai”, and a host of the Lithuanian HR podcast “Žmogiškieji Iššūkiai.”
Recruitment is something that gives me energy — I am greatly inspired by different businesses and the people I meet; I learn a lot from them every day. I see recruitment as a meaningful process, which allows us to deliver the right solution to clients’ challenges as well as candidate’s ambitions.
Not everybody knows: I grew up in Druskininkai and am a big fan of the town. If you tell me about your visit to this most beautiful city in the world, we’ll have an endless topic to discuss.
Jurga Dabrilienė
I am responsible for designing and delivering search and selection solutions. Years of experience in recruitment help me respond to hiring challenges with quick reaction and accuracy.
I believe in partnership-based collaboration. I dive deep into each client’s business needs, develop search strategies, and execute them professionally.
To me, professionalism translates into understanding the need, swiftly evaluating risks and opportunities, and creating a clear action plan. Throughout the process, transparent, sincere, and mutually beneficial communication is essential — it ensures the best result for both the client and the candidate.
Not everybody knows: dance is a constant in my life. I once danced for 30 hours straight — yes, it was a dance marathon!
Gintarė Kondrotienė
My responsibility is client relationships and business development by new client acquisition. With over 10 years of experience in sales, I understand the importance of establishing as well as maintaining long-term partnerships.
I follow market trends regularly to be able to share insights with clients and help them plan strategic steps for team development.
Not everybody knows: I love traveling. I have visited Central America four times with just hand luggage. My most memorable trip was hiking up Acatenango volcano in Guatemala, where I watched Fuego erupt. I believe life is all about moments that take your breath away.
