Sharing knowledge is an important part of WiseMove’s activities. To share our knowledge, we provide training services on the topic of recruitment and selection.
This quarter, we finished our largest training project to date: trainings for hiring managers at the LTG Group of Companies. We conducted the training for 23 groups of managers in 5 different cities. Nearly 300 managers from all over Lithuania participated. We are even more delighted that the average training rating is 4.8 out of 5.
