Project: „Telia Lietuva" expanded its IT division, which required hiring 10 new managers to help implement technological change and shape Telia's IT architecture as well as the future digital services. The positions involved management roles in the domains of SAP, digital platforms, data management tools, and other systems. The project involved attracting and assessing internal and external candidates with a specific start date for the new team. To the great pride of the recruitment team, the main recruitment work was completed in 75 days.
